Hectare immobilier built this residential project, Pivot, mere steps from the Saint‑Charles River, close to all services and major highways. Residents enjoy an ideal location between downtown Quebec City and the suburbs.

Phase I (delivered in July 2019), phase II (July 2020), phase III (July 2021) and phase 4 (June 2022) definitely caught the interest of many tenants who now live at Le Pivot.

Caisse Desjardins de Charlesbourg - Loiret / Louis XIV location

The fourth building in this series commissioned by Caisse Desjardins de Charlesbourg, the design of this new service centre on Louis XIV Boulevard near Loiret Street, is in line with the Caisse’s architectural vision.

In another collaboration with DG3A architectes, we were able to create a 2-story building with a wide atrium, a covered walkway, a terrace and a façade respecting neighbours’ privacy.

Caisse Desjardins de Charlesbourg - Henri-Bourassa location

After entrusting Hectare with the construction and property management of two new service centres, the Caisse Desjardins de Charlesbourg commissioned the construction of a third building, which now sits at the intersection of Henri‑Bourassa Boulevard and Val‑d’Oise Street.

Working again in collaboration with DG3A architectes, it was exciting to create a design that fit into the image of transparency of the Caisse brand.

Bivouac – Quartier plein air is a peaceful residential community set in the mountains of the beautiful municipality of Lac‑Beauport.

20 minutes from Quebec City and close to Le Relais ski centre, Sentiers du Moulin and the Mont‑Tourbillon golf club, Bivouac – Quartier plein air is a prime residential location for all fans of the great outdoors and mountain bike enthusiasts.

Le chik condominiums

Located in the most vibrant part of downtown Saguenay at the intersection of Racine Street and Seminaire Avenue, the Chik Condominium site used to belong to the Sisters of the Good Shepherd. The convent renovation was the first major condominium project in the area, with an incomparable view of the Saguenay Fjord.

This innovative, upmarket project set in a beautiful, serene environment quickly became a standout in the Saguenay market.
