We are proud to present La Bastille, a project that will transform the face of West 57th Street. Designed and developed by our passionate team, this project will feature 318 housing units, divided into two phases.
The first phase, which includes 158 units, is already under construction and will be ready to welcome its first residents as early as July 2026. The second phase, with a total of 160 units, will follow in the summer of 2027.
