RESUMPTION OF construction on Le PIVOT PHASE II

Following the government’s announcement on the reopening of residential construction sites, Hectare immobilier and Le Pivot team happily resumed Phase II construction on April 20, 2020, and are confidently aiming for delivery of the first units in time for July. Property managers will also be unveiling new projects!

Tenants will be able to move into Le Pivot’s Phase II units in July 2020

Hectare immobilier is pleased to announce that July moving dates are already confirmed for Le Pivot’s Phase II units. However, it is important to remind tenants that they may need to deal with a building that is not 100% completed and that they may experience some inconveniences. However, the entire Le Pivot team is hard at work to prevent this situation from happening.

TO EVERYONE LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT: PHASE III IS COMING SOON!

Although there are still a few more units available in Phase II, Hectare immobilier will be starting the construction of phase III in May 2020, which will be ready for July 2021.

This third building on Le Pivot site will offer 108 units. If you are already interested in the project, you may contact our real estate agents now to reserve your unit.

You will then be among the first people to have a look at the plans and choose your unit!
